By accessing or using uSagI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
uSagI is a mobile application developed and operated by GZLighTek. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
The App and its content are owned by GZLighTek and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the billing period ends.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GZLIGHTEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
